BizMerlinHR allows you to customize who can manage leaves and PTO. There  are two Leaves/PTO management levels:

• PTO Policy Administration: this permission level includes the following functions:
• Create/edit Leave Types (including details like allowance, accrual rates, rollover conditions, etc.)
• Assign Leave Types to users
• PTO Management: this permission level includes the following functions:
• Approval of leave requests by users
• Will receive periodic notifications when PTO balances are run
