The new ClayHR - Odyssey Candidate Assessment integration brings significant benefits to your recruitment process. Simply navigate to the candidate's profile and click on the test tab to select Odyssey for candidate assessment. The beauty of this integration is that the candidate receives an email notification, keeping them informed about the assessment schedule. The candidate can conveniently complete the assessment directly, and once they're done, the result automatically appears in ClayHR. It's a seamless process that ensures efficient and accurate assessment results right within ClayHR.
New Permissions for Managing Company Objectives
We have added two new permissions for company objectives. The first one is "Company Objective View," which allows you to see the company's objectives. The second one is "Company Objective Manage," which gives you the ability to create, edit, and delete company objectives.
Effortlessly Manage Objectives: Edit, Delete, Archive – Your Choice!
You can always edit or delete any objective. However, a new enhancement allows you to archive objectives that are not currently needed. By archiving an objective, you can keep your objective homepage organized and focused on the objectives that require attention at the moment. It's important to note that once an objective is archived, you can no longer make changes to it. If you want to edit it again, you'll need to unarchive it first.

You can now easily access and view your Performance Review results after they are published. Simply log into the app and navigate to the performance review section. There, you will find your latest review results, allowing you to stay up-to-date with your performance feedback and progress. This primary number is also visible in the directory, ensuring easy access to essential contact information.
