How to Create a Custom Anti-spam Inbound Policy
On the Anti-spam policies page, click on the "+ Create Policy" link and click on "Inbound".
On the "Name your policy" page, add the name "Anti-spam inbound policy" and click on the Next button.
In the second section add your Azure user name and click on the Next button.
In the third section, the settings will be auto-filled by default and click on the Next button
In the fourth section, the settings will be auto-filled by default and click on the Next button.
In the fifth section "Allow and block list", to allow the domain, click on the "Domains" link and to allow the Email Id then click on the "Senders" link. Click on the Next Button.
In the last section, review the details thoroughly and click on Create button.
