Follow these steps to use the ClayHR mobile application:

1. First, download the ClayHR native mobile application for your Android or iOS device. 
2. Open the ClayHR application.
3. On the Access the Company Portal screen, enter your company name and tap Next.

For example, if your website address is https://acmecompany.clayhr.com  So, you have to enter acmecompany in place of “your company”.

     4. Enter your registered email address and tap Continue.

    5. The system will validate your email address and display the login methods available for your account. 

Example: If password login, Google SSO, and Microsoft SSO are enabled for your account, all three options will be displayed.

    6. Enter your password and tap Login.

  7. Once logged in, you will see all the modules available based on the permissions assigned to your account in the ClayHR web application.

Steps to login with G-Suite:

1. On the login screen, tap Login with G Suite.

‍

    2. A Google account selection window will appear. Select your work Google account from the list. If your account is not listed, tap Add another account and sign in using your work email address.

3. After successful login, users will be directed to the home page of ClayHR mobile application.
   

Steps to login with Microsoft:

1. On the login screen, tap Login with G Suite.

  2. A Microsoft account selection window will appear. Select your work Microsoft account. If your account is not listed, choose Use another account (or the equivalent option) and sign in with your work email address.

3. After successful login, users will be directed to the home page of ClayHR mobile application.
