This change reflects our growth and evolution as a company and our commitment to providing innovative HR solutions that meet the changing needs of businesses. Our new name, ClayHR, represents malleability and flexibility, reflecting our ability to adapt and respond to the changing needs of our clients. At the same time, it acknowledges our roots as BizMerlinHR, founded in 2013 with the goal of being the AI (the “Merlin”) for businesses. While Artificial Intelligence remains at the heart of what we do (and continues to improve every day), but now, our platform has expanded to offer even more flexibility and options to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Rest assured that this change will have no impact on the quality of service you have come to expect from us. Our mission, values, and commitment to excellence remain unchanged. The organization and executive team remains unchanged.
