However, what if a candidate has applied for multiple positions and you want to email them about a specific one? Now, we have added a new field called 'Select Position' when sending emails to candidates. This lets you select a particular position from a dropdown list of all the positions the candidate has applied for, ensuring precise and relevant communication.

You could always use the Performance Potential Matrix to visualize employee potential and impact on your organization within ClayHR. Now you can easily delete users from your custom views by simply hovering over their names and clicking the delete icon. This streamlines the process of managing your views, saving you time and increasing efficiency. This ensures that your insights remain relevant and actionable by enhancing your ability to make swift, informed decisions.

Streamline Ticket Notifications with Customized Criteria

Ticket email notifications were always pushed to specified users in the system whenever a new ticket was created, regardless of its department or location, etc. Now, set criteria based on ticket type, org units, location, and job profile, and define specific users or user groups. When the criteria are met, email notifications will be sent to the set users or user groups.
