Effortless Employee Onboarding: Invite via WhatsApp with ClayHR

Inviting your employees on ClayHR is now simpler than before!
You've always had the option to invite them via email or SMS. And now, we've added a new way: WhatsApp. To do it, just go to the Admin tab on the user's info page, click 'Invite user,' and a pop-up will appear. Choose the WhatsApp option, send the invite, and your employee will get all the details on their registered mobile number. They can then easily log in with just a few clicks. This feature makes it even more convenient for you to onboard your team members and streamline your HR processes.

Mobile Dashboards: Your Go-To Source for Quick Information

Dashboards play a crucial role in providing you with quick access to essential information right from the homepage when you log in. While you've always had access to the dashboard through ClayHR web application on your preferred web browser, we've now introduced the dashboard for both Android and iOS mobile apps. Once you configure the dashboard in the web application, you can also view announcements and custom widgets on the mobile dashboard.

New Permission: User Workflow View

With existing permissions, you've always had the ability to view, edit, and delete workflows created by any employee. 'User Workflow View Permission' comes in handy when you want an employee to only view the workflows of other employees based on advanced settings like department, location, direct reports, etc. However, this permission doesn't give them the ability to edit or delete any of these workflows or individual steps.

In ClayHR, you can always set objectives, whether they're individual, or company-wide.
