Creating New Users in ClayHR

[Before creating or importing your users' records, (employees, team members, associates, etc), we recommend that you "Define the context of your organization" with fields like: departments, user profiles, user roles, locations, etc. However, you may choose to define and or edit these fields at another time.]

ClayHR allows different options to create new users in the system:

1. Initiated by the Site Administration: Users' records are created by the site administrator.

  1. Option 1: Manually create user's record one by one
  2. Option 2: Manually create multiple users at once

2. Self Sign Up option: New user can request a new account through a link in your login page. Go here to learn more on "Self Sign Up Options".

  • Self Sign Up with Auto Approval
