ContactOut People Search enables recruiters to find potential candidates using filters such as job title, company, location, and keywords. It also provides verified contact details to help recruiters reach out to candidates efficiently.

ClayHR integrates with ContactOut to allow recruiters to search for candidates using multiple filters, view available contact details, and save shortlisted candidates directly into the ClayHR ATS. This helps hiring teams quickly build a relevant talent pipeline and move candidates smoothly into the hiring workflow.

Enable the ContactOut Integration

1. Go to Settings (Gear Icon) → Third Party Integrations.

2. Click New Integration. Select the Job Board as the Integration Type.

3. Choose ContactOut, then click Save Integration.

Source Candidates for a Position

1. Go to Hiring → Positions.

2. Navigate to the required Position.

3. Open the Applicants tab. Click Source Candidates for Position.

4. A new page will open where you can search for candidates for the selected position.

Search and Review Candidates

• The Job Title, Skills, and Location filters are automatically populated based on the position’s title, required skills, and location.
• Update or add filters based on your sourcing requirements.
• You can select multiple values in all fields.
• Click Search Candidates to view matching candidates.

• Candidates that match your selected filters will be displayed in the results list.

View Candidate Details

Click Show Details to view a candidate’s available profile information and contact details.

Save Candidates to ClayHR ATS

• Click Save Candidate to store the candidate details in ClayHR.

• Click View Candidate to access the saved candidate profile.
