New Performance Dashboard: Simplifying Key Metrics
Performance reviews are crucial for streamlining your organization's efficiency. Within ClayHR, there has always been a performance review dashboard that provides you with essential information, including all review assignments, performance reviews by status, etc, in a user-friendly format. We have introduced a new performance dashboard. It gives a concise summary of various elements, such as total goals, check-ins, objectives, reviews, and awards, all presented in the form of cards. You can also keep a close eye on the categorization of the reviews, noting how many of them fall into the new assessment stage, are in progress, or have reached the completed assessment stage. You can also determine how many of the given feedback falls into different sentiment categories, such as neutral, positive, or negative.
