In ClayHR, you have the ability to efficiently see your employees' access and permissions using user groups. These user groups are crucial, guaranteeing that the correct employees can access HR data and functionality. Now you can easily access and review the audit history associated with these user groups. This allows you to easily track user group permissions and employee access changes. It ensures transparency, security, and accountability in your HR system. To review a comprehensive log of user group actions, simply navigate to the audit history tab within any user group.

Effortless Employee Onboarding: Invite via WhatsApp with ClayHR

Inviting your employees on ClayHR is now simpler than before! You've always had the option to invite them via email or SMS. And now, we've added a new way: WhatsApp. To do it, just go to the Admin tab on the user's info page, click 'Invite user,' and a pop-up will appear. Choose the WhatsApp option, send the invite, and your employee will get all the details on their registered mobile number. They can then easily log in with just a few clicks. This feature makes it even more convenient for you to onboard your team members and streamline your HR processes.

New Global Assessment Scale: CEFR

You have always had the ability to create custom assessment scales. Now we've introduced a new Global Assessment Scale that uses the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) as its foundation. In today's world, where talent and cross-cultural communication are crucial, this scale provides a consistent way to assess language abilities. It ranges from A1 (beginner) to C2 (proficient), empowering you with personalized skill improvement.

Enhanced Features for Compensation View & Compensation Details Permission

We've added a new feature to your Compensation View and Compensation Details permissions. Before this update, when using the existing reporting settings (Direct - Solid + Dotted), you could access the financial data of both solid and dotted-line direct reports. Now, we are expanding your options with the introduction of the new reporting setting (Direct - Solid Only). With this update, selecting Direct - Solid Only will limit the user's view of the financials of solid-line direct reports.
