Consolidation Relative Weights by Reviewer Type
ClayHR gives you the flexibility to involve multiple perspectives in the performance review process, helping you create a more complete and balanced assessment of each employee.
Roles You Can Invite
You can include any combination of the following reviewer roles:
- Self – The employee being reviewed
- Manager – The direct supervisor
- Manager’s Manager – The next level of management
- Org Unit Head – Leader of the organizational unit
- Peers – Colleagues at the same level
- Direct Reports – Team members reporting to the employee
- External Reviewers – Individuals outside the organization
- Others – Any additional roles relevant to your process
Weighting Reviewers’ Contributions
Not all feedback has to count the same. In ClayHR, you can define how much each role contributes to the final assessment score by assigning a weight to each reviewer type.
For example:
- Manager – 50%
- Self – 0%
- Peers – 25%
- Direct Reports – 25%
This weighting system allows you to customize the process so the final score reflects the priorities and values of your organization.
How to Set Relative Weights by Reviewer Type
To configure the weight of each reviewer role:
- Go to Performance from either the Left Menu or Top Menu.
- Select Performance Reviews from the submenu.
- Click Performance Review Management.
- Select Consolidation Relative Weights by Reviewer Type.
From here, you can adjust the percentage weight for each role so the final review score aligns with your evaluation strategy.
