Getting Started: Tests
Test Module helps in assessing employees' skills and performance. You can use the Test Module in Various forms. Such as: 'Assessment of a Training', 'Candidate Evaluation', 'Interview process: assignments, essay questions, etc. In ClayHR, Tests come in two main forms:
- Open tests - These tests are publicly available at every time
- Tests by assignment - These tests are sent and assigned to specific users.
