Jobberman is one of Africa’s leading job boards, widely used by employers to attract qualified candidates, particularly across Nigeria and other African markets. Integrating Jobberman with ClayHR allows recruiters to publish jobs faster and manage applicants from a single platform.

ClayHR allows you to push job positions directly to Jobberman, helping you reach a wider talent pool quickly and efficiently. This article explains how to enable the integration and push job positions to Jobberman.

Enable the Jobberman Integration

1. Log in to your ClayHR account.
2. Go to Settings (Gear Icon) → Third Party Integrations.
   

3. Click New Integration.
   

4. Select Job Board Integration Type, choose Jobberman, and save the integration.
   

Push a Position to Jobberman

1. Navigate to any published position.
2. Make sure the Application Due By date is added in the position so the position will be unpublished from the Jobberman when it expires.

3. Go to the Publishing tab of the position and click the Push to Jobberman button.

4. The job position will be posted on Jobberman and will appear on the Jobberman platform shortly after processing. Typically, the position appears on Jobberman within 1 to 24 hours on working days.

Applicant Flow from Jobberman to ClayHR

Applicants who apply via Jobberman automatically appear in the Applicants section of ClayHR, with resumes parsed into structured profiles for easy review.

Jobberman Publishing Billing Report

ClayHR’s Jobberman Publishing Billing Report lets you track and verify all job postings sent to Jobberman, with details such as:
