Use Case

As a business head or a manager, you would like to have an overview of the possible employee salary discrepancies. It certainly helps in finding out the issues related to the compensation, faced by the employees and then taking appropriate steps in resolving them. The other aspect of the overview is the visualization of the workforce according to location, profile, gender & department.

Steps to access Compensation Overview

• Click on the “Compensation & Benefits” from the Settings (gear icon) menu dropdown.

• Click Compensation.            

• Compensation Overview.

• The workforce is segregated into different sections for easy visualization.
