Creating Candidate's Profiles

ClayHR allows you to create candidate profiles quickly and in multiple ways. You can add them automatically from job applications, parse resumes, or create profiles manually.

1. Automatic Candidate Creation
- Candidates are created automatically when they apply through your ClayHR Job Portal.
- Applications from third-party job boards linked to your ClayHR account also create candidate profiles automatically.
- Candidate information, including contact details and uploaded resumes, is saved in the system instantly.

2. Parsing Resumes or CVs
ClayHR can read and create profiles directly from resume files.
a. Parse One by One
- Go to the Candidates section.
- Click Add Candidate.
- Choose Parse Resume.
- Upload the file (Format: PDF, DOCX).
- Review and save the generated profile.
b. Bulk Upload from a ZIP File
- Gather all resumes into a single ZIP file.
- Go to the Candidates section.
- Select Bulk Resume Parsing.
- Upload the ZIP file.
- The system will create a profile for each resume in the file.

3. Manual Creation
- Go to the Candidates section.
- Click Add Candidate.
- Select Manual Entry.
- Fill in the candidate’s details (name, email, phone, skills, etc.).
- Save the profile.
